Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how you can use StewReads: a service that turns AI conversations and generated
content into readable artifacts, stores them in your private library when enabled, and delivers files
to destinations you configure.
By using StewReads, you agree to use it responsibly, keep your account secure, and understand that
generated content and third-party delivery destinations can fail or be wrong.
1. What StewReads is
StewReads is a tool for saving and transforming AI-generated content. The product can generate ebooks,
save briefs and coding contexts, convert content to EPUB or PDF where supported, create audiobooks for
eligible saved ebooks when the audio pipeline is enabled, and deliver generated files by email when you
configure delivery.
StewReads also exposes MCP tools so authorized AI clients can save content, fetch saved coding contexts,
read content guidelines, submit feedback, and update supported preferences.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the account you use with StewReads, including keeping your sign-in method secure
and making sure your delivery settings are correct. If you connect an AI client, Google Drive backup, a
private podcast feed, or another supported account feature, you are responsible for authorizing only
clients and destinations you trust.
If you delete your account, StewReads deletes StewReads-owned account records and stored artifacts. That
does not delete files already delivered to your inbox, Kindle library, downloaded devices, or your own
Google Drive.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, conversations, markdown, generated ebooks, briefs, coding contexts,
and other content you provide or ask StewReads to save. You give StewReads permission to process that
content only as needed to provide the features you request: generation, saving, conversion, audio
creation, delivery, backup, display, troubleshooting, and deletion.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit content to StewReads. Do not use
StewReads to store, transform, or distribute content that violates someone else's rights or breaks the law.
4. What we provide
StewReads provides best-effort artifact generation, storage, conversion, and delivery. Email delivery is
handed off through configured SMTP/email infrastructure to the address you provide. Kindle and other
email-based destinations are outside StewReads control once the message is handed off.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, incorrect, or poorly formatted. You should review important
details before relying on generated ebooks, briefs, coding contexts, or audiobooks.
5. Acceptable use
Use StewReads in the way the product is intended to be used. Do not:
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, storage limits, or client restrictions.
- Use the MCP tool surface to spam saves, exfiltrate data, impersonate another user, or access content you do not own.
- Upload or generate illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Probe, reverse engineer, or attack StewReads systems except where explicitly authorized.
We may block requests, revoke tokens, remove access, or delete abusive content when needed to protect the
product, users, or infrastructure.
6. Billing
The current StewReads codebase does not include billing or subscription logic. If paid plans are added,
the terms will be updated before those paid features are offered.
7. Limits and availability
StewReads is an early product. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that every
generation, conversion, audio job, backup, download, or delivery will succeed. Third-party services such as
sign-in providers, model providers, cloud infrastructure, email providers, Kindle delivery, and Google Drive
may also fail or change their behavior.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StewReads is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, delivery failures,
model errors, or third-party service behavior.
8. Changes to these terms
StewReads may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top tells you when the terms were
last updated. Continued use of StewReads after an update means you accept the updated terms.
