StewReads lets signed-in users delete saved data without deleting their account, or permanently delete their full account and associated StewReads data.
You can delete saved StewReads content while keeping your account active:
The direct URL for this data deletion information is stewreads.com/delete-data.
The web deletion flow is available at stewreads.com/profile after signing in.
StewReads revokes Apple authorization when deleting an Apple-linked account. If Apple is temporarily unavailable, your account stays intact and you can retry deletion. For older accounts where an Apple token was not retained, your StewReads account is still deleted and we show instructions to manage Sign in with Apple and remove StewReads access manually. Manual revocation is not required to delete your StewReads data.
When you delete an individual saved item, StewReads removes that library item and its recorded storage files. When full account deletion succeeds, StewReads removes your account and its owned records from the active service, including:
Some copies and records have separate owners or retention periods:
Your account and associated active records are removed when account deletion succeeds. Restricted recovery and operational copies follow the limits above. Routine diagnostic cleanup uses a 30-day limit and operational delivery/support history uses a 90-day limit, normally completed by daily cleanup within another 24 hours. Postmark message activity expires after 45 days, with provider deletion processing afterward; minimal suppression records remain to honor opt-outs. Encrypted database backups normally age out within 8 days, and manual maintenance backups are deleted within 30 days. Read the full retention schedule for details.
